“I buy Andros apple in bulk to justify the delivery costs - it's delicious. Latest arrival packed beautifully, though I wish they'd use more paper and less unrecyclable plastic, and arrived on time - again, it would be nice to be able to specify a shorter delivery window for the basic price.”

“Le site est très facile à utiliser. J’ai trouvé tout ce que je voulais acheter. J’ai commandé et je les ai reçus la même semaine. Il n’y a qu’une seule chose que je n’ai pas appréciée. Je voulais changer la date de livraison. Quelqu’un m’a répondu par mail en disant qu’il pourrait la change mais il faut que j'écrive vite ma réponse. C’est ce que j’ai fait. Cependant, le lendemain cela n’était plus possible parce qu’il a pris trop de temps. En tout cas, je suis satisfaite du service. —————— The site is really easy to use. I found everything I was looking for. The items were ordered and delivered in the same week. The only thing I didn’t like was trying to change the delivery date. I received a response saying that I could change the date if I responded quickly, which I did. However, the next day I was told that it was no longer possible. In any case, I am satisfied with the service.”

“Your product offering is rather fine, your delivery tracking rather bad. When I tried to track the delivery of my first experimental order, I formed the impression that although my order was accepted, I could not actually track delivery until the physical despatch had begun (and I tried several times). Delivery was then attempted within hours I was out. Luckily, my home is quite near the post office to which my delivery was transferred.”
