“My partner was over the moon that I had managed to source his favourite rostie chicken spread. We’d just come back from France and he’d had it confiscated at customs. The website was easy to use phone service was excellent and delivered in time. Thank you for making my partner a very happy man”

Sorry to hear this, we will look in to what box size can be used. The boxes can be recycled, the flo pak green loose fill is degradable and can also be recycled in some areas too.

“I'm very impressed at the choice of tea and the method of posting. Very efficient and quick. We bought Elephant Vervain tea in Bruges and loved it. We were delighted to find it sold in U.K. The other teas are delicious as well. So pure and fresh. Thank you!”

“I was happy that French Click could source Ricoré at an acceptable price and deliverth products on the day of my choice. Amazon was charging twice the price for the same product and I had no control over the delivery day.”

“Easily ordered, efficiently delivered. The only problem was that we ordered 10 items and 8 of the ten were on our order; the other two were not. So we have some product we didn't want, and less of the product we did want. I wrote to mention the mistake, which they acknowledged, passing it off as "Mistakes can happen". It's not worth all the hassle of returning stuff, getting another delivery and getting a credit for the missing product. All that would cost more than the couple of pounds difference. So we'll just accept what happened.”

“It was straightforward to order online from French Click, and although I haven’t tried the products yet (shower gels) they arrived safely and were well packaged. They were delivered on the day I specified too. All in all, I’m very happy, thank you!”

“Nice to find these products and delivery was on time and well packaged to keep the items cold. Shame the products have such short dates. I ordered 6 rillettes and was hoping they’d last a few weeks but 2 need to be eaten within the week and the other 4 have less than a fortnight. Maybe the date info is there in the listing and I missed it. Won’t be using French Click for rillettes again but would order again if I had a more varied shop to do.”
