“We used to make regular shopping trips to France, but Brexit and inreasing disability has made this difficult, so I was delighted to discover French Click and be able to get many of the items we used to enjoy. The prices are reasonable, ordering easy and delivery swift and accuarate - we'll be back soon!”

“Ordering process was easy, goods arrived within a few days and were well packaged. 4 stars because all the bottles arrived dented, but think that must have been before they were sent. Overall good experience and would buy again”

“I am still waiting for my order, normally expected to be delivered on 16/06/2026. Today we are 23/06/2026, and it still says on my account section on French Click website: not shipped yet. I need my items, a refund, or at least clarification please, thank you.”

“Hello, I don't understand. I noticed there were only 7 items in the delivery, but I was billed for 8. I should have paid €33.69, but I was charged €40.67. Perhaps there's a mistake? Thank you for your understanding. Mr Butot”
