We truly apologise for the inconvenience you've faced with your delivery, we have checked the order and it was delivered to the address that was on the order when it was placed. We tried to resolve it by offering free delivery if you wish to order again.

“Reblochon is hard to find where I live. Finding French Click was perfect. Well packaged, efficient delivery. Bought for my French neighbour who makes a really delicious Tartiflette & she insists on Reblochon!!! Would highly recommend French Click. Will be ordering again. Thank you.”

“I am about to try the Toulouse sausages I bought from you and which arrived 4 days before their use by date. I portioned up and froze them all. If buying from you in the future, I'd welcome a longer use by date. Once tasted I can write again. I am cooking some up tomorrow to have with an onion gravy and mashed potato.”

“Incompetent delivery service. Ignored instructions to leave in safe place if not in. Placed in DPD drop off. QR code doesn't open door. Unable to speak to anyone in French Click or DPD. E-mails ignored. Considering closing my account.”

We sincerely apologise for the frustration you've experienced with the delivery service. Your feedback is important to us, and we understand how disappointing this situation is. We're currently looking into this issue with DPD to see why they didn't follow the delivery instructions and took it to the parcel shop instead.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging, please do note that the flo pak green loose fill is degradable and can be recycled at supermarket points. We do also use recycled cardboard boxes. For smaller orders we are now using paper loosefill. We can't do this for order with fresh or glass items though for package survive-ability reasons.
