“This is my first order from French Click and I am highly delighted with the product range and the qaulity. I treated myself to some French coffee and found it mild and enjoyable. I have been purchasing French soap from Marseille for some time and I was able to oder some from French Click too. The delivery was super quick so give them a try”

“Ordered some fridge items : Petits Suisses and Danette ,the temperature packing for the perishables was inadequate. The single coldpack was fully melted by the time it arrived to me, and corner cardboard box was damp. It was not yet fully warm but no longer cold either. The cold chain was broken and therefore, with listeria risks , 2/3 of my order had to be thrown away for safety . A major disapointment , that did not meet my expectations and money wasted . Unless you are close to London , I would not recommend ordering fridge item .”

“Absolutely delighted to have found this fantastic website! I ordered all my favourite french shampoos and body washes for the same price as I'd pay in a hypermarket! But the only difference is the cost of a day trip vs a very reasonable delivery fee. Everything arrived on the day it was meant to, beautifully packaged. Highly recommend, I'll be coming back for more cosmetics and also food stuff too. Thanks so much frenchclick!”

“Great service though my delivery slot was 6.30-10.30 and it arrived at 11.10 pm which in my opinion is rather late in the day. Otherwise I would use them again especially as customer service is so hands on.”

“I discover this website when looking to purchase a way de toilet as I forgot to buy it when visiting Paris 2 weeks ago. My Gosh I was just happy they have everything I needed . I am so happy I wouldn’t need to always travel to do my shopping loving my French foods 😊 They’re reliable fast delivery clean . We’re very sorry to hear the cold packs melted and the perishables weren’t kept cold. We understand how that can be disappointing, unfortunatly this can happen during the heatwave if the package is delivered late or left in direct sunlight by the delivery company.
