“I collected my groceries from the warehouse and I was not impressed with the rather abrupt and off-hand customer service. I was impatiently asked for my invoice number 3 times while I was clearly searching for it on my phone. I left with my purchases feeling dispirited and wishing that I’d shopped elsewhere.”

Won't be ordering from you again I'm writing this review as in still hanging on the phone for over 30 mins waiting to talk to someone.you have taken full money for my order ,but haven't fulfilled my order .twice this has happend, with no offer of a refund .If you answered the phone you might be able to explain why this has happend”

“Your customer service is highly regarded with quick replies & resolutions for any issues ( eg. Return/refund) Well packaged goods that arrived undamaged & reliable service. This sparkling water is very refreshing & intensely carbonation than other sparkling drinks. If you’re looking to buy carbonated drinks, this is the one as it does not loose it sparkle for a long period. I would always buy from this company, good reliability & service”

“Hi there. I received my order as planned. Thank you. Just disappointed with the fact that I mainly ordered in order to buy a Brioche and only added a few other things to padd the order up... and I received everything But the brioche! I must be cursed. Impossible to get an half decent brioche anywhere it seems :(”
