“Order arrived when they said it would. Glass jars were packed securely and safely, nothing broken. Excellent service, would use again 👍 . Delivery was booked for 7 days in advance as I had appointments and in-between there was a weekend.”

“Products are amazing as usual but please change your delivery, my delivery showed up 4days late and spent so 4days somewhere and the cold chain was broken so I had to bin my fresh produce. I know it’s not French click fault.”

“Had some issues with the first parcel from due to the delivery company(not french click) I contacted french click when my parcel hadn't arrived and they were so quick to resolve the problem and get my parcel out to me. Very good customer service and they were fast to correct a mistake from the delivery. Highly satisfied Ben.”

“I made an order with French Click for some butter loaf cakes, chilled desserts and some speciality sauce. They delivered them and I really enjoyed the items. I had a small issue with them (beyond their control) and they were quick to rectify it. 10/10 for both the order and the customer service. Definitely will be purchasing again.”

“The products I received were of good quality. Unfortunately, however, the delivery by DHL was delayed by 3 days with the goods in transit and depot storage (some goods were fresh and would have needed refrigeration), and a packet of biscuits roses was damaged. When the delivery finally arrived there was an additional box full of children’s biscuits and yogurts which I did not order and were clearly someone else’s. I reported these incidents to French Click and they resolved them quickly, organising a refund for the fresh goods and finding a solution for the biscuits and yogurts. Their service throughout was friendly and courteous.”

“I have been on hold to this company for 38 minutes to raise a problem with a delivery. This is not good customer service, especially as the fresh food ordered has spoiled. The fault of that lies with DPD, but they need a complaint to be raised by the seller, so its frustrating not to get hold of someone on the phone. So look for your parcels, even when you havent been notified it has arrived!”
