“Very prompt and friendly response to email enquiry. Easy to navigate website. Reasonable prices and delivery on time. I bought Flammkuchen because now with my acid reflux I can no longer eat tomato based pizza. Flammkuchen is a really tasty replacement for me and I’ll be ordering more when I’ve eaten what I have stored in the freezer.”

“Very disappointing. I made an order specifically for the Echire minis. I ordered additional items to give the order some value. I had the minis cancelled, was refunded, but was not given the option of cancelling the whole order. I really only wanted the minis. Poor show French Click. I expected better from you. Needless to say, I won't be using you again!”

Usually you should be called in this case to see what you want to do. If you want to re-order the butter, we will waive any delivery charges for you.
