“I was very okey to find great French products and the delivery was fast. The products were kept cool with an ice pack. The organic pottimaron was delicious in the soup. Well done!”

“The package arrived in a reasonable time bearing in mind the distance travelled. The product was good and reasonably priced. Just one observation, the product was in quite a large cardboard box filled with polystyrene chips which seemed over the top and a bit troublesome to sort out without bits going everywhere. Not sure it's a very green solution to protecting items? But thank you for taking care.”

“Problem here was the packaging - 42 (!) separate bottles of Badoit, without the usual 6-pack containers. very difficult to organise and put away, because the box and split open and the bottles were all over the place on my step..... French click are usually great and DPD too, but not this time.... I did ask you about this directly after the order last week, but got no reply..... disappointing.... Jayne Lee Wilson L23 2SY ......please reply!”

“Good to have a source for French groceries - especially William Saurin tins. Everything here we used to bring back from shopping trips, including Andouillettes de Troyes. Very reasonable delivery charge. Recommended”

“Delivery on time, a couple of items were not delivered but they didn't charge me for it so it's fine, however it would be nice to know in advance and be given a chance to choose something else, also it would be nice to be able to add or change the order by a certain date, which I couldn't do, as I would have added things instead of waiting for next order. But the products are well priced, well packaged to avoid breakages and I got what I paid for. I will be ordering again.”

“The products are great but I was disappointed by the heavy use plastic packaging, including plastic non-dissolvable packing peanuts. I would like to see a shift to recyclable packaging.”

“Generally happy with speed of order, but packaging inside box was wet, cheese wrappers sodden and lambs lettuce was wet and inedible and had to be thrown away, even more annoying that there was more than 150 % mark up on original price.”
