“Great products but really resent having to pay up front for them and then taking 4 weeks to arrive! And the main one wanted was, by then, no longer in stock, so no Birthday present for a friend who is shielding!!! 😭😡”

“Having not been able to travel to visit family in France due to Covid-19, it was wonderful to be able to buy some of my French favourites in the UK! The service from French Click was excellent and I have recommended them to friends.”

“Order took 3 weeks to arrive, although this was the date given when the order was placed. No reason given for delay, but goods arrived in perfect condition and exactly as ordered, so would us French Click again.”

“I ordered Vichy water, but wasn't told at the time that I could only order a certain amount. The delivery time was very long, and then it wasn't delivered by Parcelforce on time. When it did arrive, the box looked as if it had been opened and resealed. Inside, the packages of water had all been split. Not a great experience overall.”

“Being unable to go to France this year, I was very pleased to find that you can supply many of the items I am unable to get at English supermarkets, certainly not in the West Country.There was a little delay between ordering and dispatch, but nothing was spoiling. Now that I know how well your service works, I shall certainly be ordering again.”
