“Lovely products and I really enjoy being able to order from french supermarkets so easily. My one issue is the amount of polystyrene used in packing. There are far more environmentally friendly ways of packing.”

“I was a bit disappointed as many tins were damaged…Everything seemed to have been thrown in the box without careI. Also was upset as Sausages and other products arrived on their last consumption day!!!! Spending £300 on French Food you expect someone to care when packing it!!!And freshness too!!! I’m wondering if I order the finest oysters in which state they will arrive??? On the positive one of my item was missing and Muriel from customer service was brilliant and so efficient 👍”

Very sorry about this. I can see the parcel has not been collected yet. Customer service should have been in contact about when it will be shipped. We will investigate what has happened and contact you today.

“Several orders in the past, including the latest, have been poor. We have had the wrong flavour crisps, plus bags of crisps punctured and thus stale. Wrong flavour pate (duck instead of forestier). Wrong type of yoghurt (this is the second occasion). When we get the products ordered, the quality is good, but this carelessness is not acceptable.”
