“French Click provides an excellent service and delivery was on time. I am usually totally satisfied. However the mont d’or cheese was a disappointment as it had been kept too cold in storage and was gelatinous instead of runny.”

“So nice to be able to get real herbes de Provence, nothing else will do, and my favourite liquid hand soap ‘lait crème extra douce’ from Marseille. Not the cheapest with delivery costs but well worth while.”

“Packaging is poor and items are often crushed and damaged, I stopped ordering yoghurts. Also telephone attendance is low and can’t get through to people for help. I am disappointed as I am a long standing customer and would love to carry on using this shop, if possible. I would have preferred to write a nice review but it’s not possible at this stage. Sorry French click”

Hi Very sorry about these damaged items. We can replace or refund the damaged items and will investigate the packing with the warehouse to make sure it's done well and fragile tape is used.
