I ordered on French Click for a scheduled delivery 3 weeks ahead from the time of placing the order. After few days I received the full refund of my order. I presumed that my order has been cancelled due to stock shortages, however I never received any email from them to let me know if and why they refunded my order.
After a few weeks I received an email where I was informed from Parcel Force that a delivery is scheduled for me the very next day. The next day French Click took the money from my account without informing me and without my permission, however this wasn’t the same amount that I originally ordered before. As I received a full refund a few weeks prior (shortly after placing my order) I was not expecting this order to be fulfilled. What would have happened if I didn’t have this money in my account and I got a bank charge added on?
I’m very disappointed about this experience as I ordered a big amount of products and that I didn’t receive any updates of changes or progress to my order. Due to a refund shortly after placing an order I presumed it was cancelled. Absolutely terrible communication from them!
