“Prompt delivery, well packaged product which was also very tasty”

“I was in search of a product I can't buy locally and so usually stock up when passing through France - Elephant brand Tilleul citron (lime flower & lemon) herbal tea. I was very happy to see it on the website available mail order. I ordered other items while I was at it - delivery was within the time frame on the website, and glass jars were well packed for postal delivery. I would use them again”

“Good service and good value. But only 4/5 stars, as one of the items I ordered failed to arrive due to it being "out of stock". (It showed as available when I ordered it.) And, they had my phone number and email, so could have contacted me to see if I wanted an alternative - which I probably would!”

“Prices are reasonable, a good range of products and delivery was prompt. We always top up with french foodstuff when we go to France but this allows us to order in UK.”
