“The items arrived when they said they would. There was massive damage to 3 of the 6 cans which I photographed and emailed through. The matter was dealt with very quickly and a replacement 3 cans are being sent to me ..... (i was offered a refund for the damaged items if I wanted). Can’t say fairer than that - especially as it was highly likely that this was the couriers fault, rather than French click!”

“Delivery on time and easy to order. One item was missing and there was no explanation for it. Some information should be given about the size of the products (we receive a very small pack of sweets and were expecting something bigger)”

“Delighted to find a supplier of my favourite French products.. Great range...great prices, great delivery and excellent communication. I can now continue making my favourite recipes...as well as enjoying the French treats, which so many UK suppliers and supermarkets are no longer carrying... I shall use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them”

“I was out on the first day of delivery Thursday and wrote in saying where my package could be left the next day, Friday. It was not left but a card was left and it wasn't till today Monday that my parcel was available for me to collect from a store. Nothing wrong with the tea which I am enjoying at the moment”

Hi Very sorry to hear about this. We will investigate with DPD local as it should have been delivered when they originally stated. Hope you are enjoying the tea anyway. Kind regards, Matt French Click
