“Products came in good condition and in good time. However, a large amount of plastic packing material was used which I believe is non-recyclable. It would be great if more environmentally friendly packaging was used.”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. We are always trying to improve our packaging. All the packaging we use is degradable or recyclable except for the Sorba Freeze sheets. They can be re-used though. Kind regards, Matt French Click

Hi Sorry to hear this. We are always trying to reduce our packaging. The flo pak green loose fill chips we use are degradable and can be recycles in some areas. The only material we are using that can't be recycled is the sorba freeze sheets. They can be re-used though. Kind regards, Matt French Click
