“The products that I ordered arrived on time and with no issues (after about 2 weeks). However, I'm giving 2-stars due to me trying to call twice to change the delivery date with no answer. Furthermore, the website looks like something from the 90s and a little difficult to navigate.”

“I was thrilled to find some of my favourite French products available in the UK and with free delivery in London! They have a really good choice of products across all the usual 'supermarket' aisles and I particularly love the feature where you can suggest a product [I haven't done this yet, but the list is long!] My only criticism was that there were a couple of items unavailable in my order - one was substituted and the other was not delivered. I wasn't informed of this and would like to have had better communication so that I was aware of the order status - and could have accepted or rejected the substitution.”

“I love what you are offering but you have got to get your deliveries sorted out. After complaining about non-delivery I was told my goods had been delivered ( they hadn`t ) then you offered me an alternative which I declined, then 3 of my 4 original items arrived. After pointing this out you have requested a copy of my original delivery note. I`m sure we will get there in the end but c`mon guys it`s not rocket science!!!”

“Very happy with the large selection of products offered by the website. Never having ordered from French Click, I was worried about the appearance of the website not looking very trustworthy/safe but everything went according to plan (only a few items were missing upon delivery). The only thing is it would be nice to get confirmation that delivery is happening on the day you pick. But overall definitely recommend!”

“I enjoyed being able to order food from my country without spending too much and the delivery happened on the day it was planned. However, I was disappointed to find out what was missing on the day I received the parcel; I would have liked to know via email. I had to email for a refund because I got charged the incorrect amount; the answer to my request was very quick, but I shouldn’t have had to do it. Also, so much plastic was used; it will have to remain a treat rather than main shopping.”

“I have often coveted the gourmet tins of food in French supermarkets but been put off bringing them home in my suitcase due to the weight - I was therefore delighted when this website was recommended to me and I could buy those same delicacies and have them delivered to my house (plus other delights such as lovely French soap). The pricing is very fair and delivery is very prompt; I look forward to placing more orders.”

“Took my order, during payment there was nothing about how long delivery would take. I emailed to question the fact that after the order was placed it would be over 3 weeks for 2 bottles. No reply. I messaged on face book, no reply. I am shielding and this was important. I won't use them again, won't recommend them and think customer service needs looking at.”

“We waited several weeks for our order. When it came it was the wrong order although the outside address was correct the contents were for another customer. Parcel was collected next day and our correct order arrived several days later. Apart from that and one item not available all was well!! Not sure if we will order again as it took several tel.calls and emails to sort the confusion. Time wasting and annoying. Please check orders before shipping.”

“Good range of products in an easy to use website - able to top up on those French favourites we were not able to buy in France due to travel restrictions! Perhaps a little expensive, and very slow delivery, but all items arrived when stated and were very well packaged. I would use again.”

“Not being able to go to France by P&O Ferries and as we are missing the French cheese, meat and fish selection we found French Click website which we have tried and found they are brilliant, they deliver to the door on time. Two items were missing and on phoning they couldn't have been more helpful and as the items were not available we would be reimbursed. We Will definitely be using them again SOON.”
