“I LOVE French Click! French Click IS, for the most part, SUPERB! I wouldn't just give them five stars, I give them TEN out of TEN STARS! French Click is WONDERFUL! Their customer service is absolutely impeccable - regardless of what language you speak so any tiny problem I have ever had was resolved with a smile and faster than the speed of light. As I said, I LOVE French Click! My only problems with them are: - The delivery service companies so you have to be very careful whom you select. (DPD is DREADFUL! Parcel Force is really reliable as their couriers are local so they KNOW where you are! The verdict is still out on DHL but they seem to be buttoned up.) - Two things about the way things are packed drive me crazy: The styrofoam packing material used is not recyclable AND fragile goodies are almost ALWAYS packed UNDER or IN BETWEEN heavier items in an effort to get everything into one big box. Cracker/chips/'bretzel' dust is not what I order! REGARDLESS!! I recommend French Click unreservedly, whole-heartedly and with total confidence that any newcomer to the service will be VERY pleased! “Excellent Toulouse sausages and confit duck. Initially concerned as delivery date was shifted due to sausages having “incomplete stock”. But Matt sorted this and everything arrived in time to make an excellent cassoulet.”

Very sorry about this. We do have several staff on holiday at the moment which is making getting all phone calls difficult, however, e-mails are being answered within 24 hours or much quicker.
