First order on French Click. Was informed that the order would be delivered before 12:30 so had arranged to be at home specifically to receive the order. By 12:30 nothing arrived so I phoned customer service and was informed that I was last on the list for deliveries and that my order would arrive in the afternoon. It arrived after 5:00 as the driver hit problems because of road works.
The whole experience was frustrating. You should call customers if deliveries are delayed.
