“My order didn’t arrrive , have try to contact them but no answer on the phone as they are closed until Monday . Waited at home all morning for my delivery and nothing showed up . Left with no delivery and no way to contact anyone about it . Very disappointed”

Very sorry about this, it looks like DHL sent it to the wrong Depot which is why it wasn't delivered on Saturday. There isn't much we can do about this other than resend a new parcel this week or offer a refund. We apologise again for any inconvenience caused by the failed delivery.

“I’ve been a customer of French Click for several years now buying the items I’ve enjoyed on my holidays to France and unable to get in local shops on my return home. An issue with an item on my latest order was quickly resolved after contacting French Click via the form on the website. Full marks to the customer service team.”

Very sorry about this, unfortunately sometimes there can occasionally be issues with these items due to the nature of these fresh products and the complicated supply chains coming from the EU in this new era. We are working very hard to make sure we have everything as we should do on the correct day.
