“Failure to deliver on time with no indication of when order will be delivered even though there was fresh food in the order. No response to complaint despite a message saying you will contacted shortly”

“The food and service is excellent. The only reason for giving three stars is due to the packaging. Polystyrene is so damaging. Please consider some other filler for the boxes.”

Thanks for the feedback. We are moving to use Paper loose fill on all orders without fresh or glass fragile items. Please do also note that the flo pak green loose fill is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled at supermarket points, you can find more info on it here: https://uk.pregis.com/eu-solutions/by-product/ready-to-use-packaging-solutions/void-fill/the-environmental-one/

Thanks for your feedback. We are now using paper packaging loose fill on orders without fresh or glass items. We'll look in to why the flo pak green was used as it shouldn't have been. Please do also note that the flo pak green is degradable in the natural environment and it can be recycled at supermarket stations. “I could not make my purchase as the website repeatedly failed on checkout. I emailed Frenchclick to ask them to send me a link to checkout, but none was forthoming with my last email being ignored. Very sad, but I'll go elsewhere.”

“Good quick delivery and price. HOWEVER I was shocked and dismayed to see the packaging was a big box full of polystyrene packing chips, even though the box itself proudly stated that it was recycled and recycleable. I didnt know this awful stuff was used any more as biodegradable products or cardboard strips are so much more environmentally friendly and widely used.”

“Booked a delivery slot for 1 Feb Order was 2 jars of foie gras which needs to be kept at temperatures between 0 and 4 degrees. DHL received parcel on 31 jab. Received parcel on the 5 Feb. I queried with customer service if the foie gras would still be ok as I had bought as a gift so I would not be opening the jars and just got a response saying they can't guarantee delivery or conditions.when shipping internationally even though n. Ireland is in the UK and it was ice packed. That doesn't tell me if they are spoiled or not. Left not knowing what to do and whether to give it or not. This was my first time ordering from this company and I deeply regret it.”

Very sorry about this. This item should not have been shipped to NI because due to the extended transit time we can't guarantee it would arrive in good condition. We do have other similar products which are ambient temperature and you should have been contacted and offered one of those instead.
