“Je suis une cliente régulière. Déçue une fois de plus car il y a des produits manquants à ma commande, et je ne suis jamais prévenue à l’avance. Donc mon organisation et mes menus sont fichus une fois de plus. Seul point positif, il y a eut une nette amélioration dans l’emballage des produits commandés. D’habitude, tout est en dessous dessus. Pour la première fois il semble enfin que quelqu’un a pris soin de l’emballage.”

“This is a great, easy-to-use website that offers a good range of products. Delivery dates offer good options in terms of time/days/prices and the communication is fab. I was sent an update at every stage between placing the order and receiving the parcel. The items are very carefully packed, wrapped to avoid damage, and all fresh food comes with ice packs for guaranteed freshness. The use-by dates on the products are normally very good. Extremely pleased with my order.”

“I order a rabbit and it was out of date. I order to arrived on the 14th Dec and on the package it was out of date on the 12th so ended in the bin... The raclette cheese was OK.”

“I was satisfied by the products. The only issue is as always the delivery. It is really annoying that we cannot get a delivery from one your vans like in London. And not being given a better idea of the time of delivery. I would like to order from Frenchclick on a regular basis but the delivery puts me off. I can’t have this amount of packaging every week.”

“Nice to be able to buy things from France. The walnut cheese spreads were particularly nice. If something is not available, it would be good to let customers know BEFORE the delivery is made, so that they can consider buying something else instead. Two of my items were not available, but as I only knew about it when the package was delivered, I was unable to choose replacements.”

“Very good service but I really really hate the polystyrene chips - they are already wrapped in bubble wrap (most are dented anyway !) - but I have to try and decant them all into a bag (a two man job) and then they fill up half my wheelie bin. There must be a better way.”
