“Excellent range of produce, that is difficult to find elsewhere. Delivery was quick, easy to arrange and I liked the ability to choose a range of time slots. One tiny error was resolved in a quick and friendly fashion with customer services.”

“I found the site easy to use, was glad to be reminded of things we bought when we lived in France and enjoyed them when we got them (when promised). Only problem, we didnt get eh discount promised for orfering more thant £50”

“A Sad first experience for me. Somewhat Chaotic. I had to cancel the order. Seems like nothing I wanted was actually available and shouldn’t have been advertised as such. A shame, as they had come highly recommended. At least they’re was no quibble about a refund. Hence the extra star”

“I've been browsing French Click for a while now, as I love the cordials from France and they seem to carry most of the flavours that our UK supermarkets do not. After finally making a purchase, I am suitable impressed with the variation (although a few more of the Zero Sugar versions would be brilliant). I randomly ordered a few cheeses, among other things, and on sharing them with friends, I'll buy them again and try a few more in the future. The expansive selection of items is brilliant and I'll definitely be ordering again.”

“I love being able to get the French brands I prefer delivered and I can even forgive the odd time that an item is mistakenly sent however one constant annoyance is that no one thinks to isolate the delicate pastry goods from the jars during the packaging process. No one wants a squashed croissant!”
