Very sorry about this. Normally you should be able to choose your delivery day when you checkout and you should be delivered on it. If you want an earlier day, you can always contact customerservice@frenchclick.com and we can change the date for you.

“Fantastic company - I've ordered from them many times and they have always provided great service. Once had a delay, due to waiting for items to come to them, and the communicated promptly, with apologies, updating me about the new delivery date with plenty of notice. Normally delivery is much quicker, and I love how easy they make it to select a day which is convenient to me. I really appreciate the difference a small company makes.”

“I ordered from the United States and they substituted what I ordered. It cost me a lot and they sent me an item I could have bought here and wouldn’t have had to spend 54 pound for shipping. I was told they didn’t substitute international item, but no one has gotten back with me. Very disappointed total spent for nothing I wanted 117.00 pounds.”

“Fantastic choice of French products on this website. If like me you were brought up in France, many products will resonate and take you back in time. I am a sweet tooth so I bought several weeks of Danette and biscuits while my neighbour (also French) has started her shopping list with several varieties of pâtés and foie gras. For obvious reasons the delivery is a bit costly but next time I will combine my shopping with my neighbour to share the delivery cost.”
