Very sorry to hear this. Generally we have had improving supply and very good item availability in the last few months. We can offer free delivery when you order again if you had a lot of items removed so you can get them without paying for delivery again. Please email customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject and we'll remove any delivery charge on it.

“I have just been acquainted with French Click, having discovered that they stock, the La Laitière products which I no longer can find in Waitrose. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. The only thing I was annoyed about was that the items were only a few days away from the Sell y Date, which should not happen with dairy products. Also, a better way should be found of keeping the items cold, without them arriving soaked ought to be found, but that is less important than a closer attention to the sell By Date!”

“Maybe it's a bit expensive (but isn't everywhere these days). Where I have been able to compare prices, I see that Bonne Maman jam is cheaper here than my local Co-op. The cheese selection is awesome. They have things you really struggle to find in London. So it's cheaper than going food shopping in Calais, and I really can't fault the customer service.”
