“Reason for 3 star review is due to the way the goods were packaged. The cheese was packed in bubble bags with ice blocks directly on top of the cheese rather than outside the bubble bags. The ice blocks thawed in transit and caused the cheese boxes to become very wet and soggy which did not look good for putting out to sale! Also, to comply, products sold in the UK should have as a minimum, the ingredients in English. The crepes had English already printed on the packaging but we had to translate and create our own labels for the cheese.”

“Excellent range of French goodies (had some excellent quail recently). Good customer service. Well packed (though not a fan of Flo-Pak green loosefill because it is a bit of a pain to dispose of) and delivered quickly. Have used them for several years and will be using them again.”

“What a con! On the basis of on line offers I selected French Click over my existing supplier. Waiting until the day before the intended delivery I was contacted and advised my order exceeded the weight limit for delivery. The resultant change in amount supplied and the carriage due made my choice far more costly than their competitors. By waiting until impending delivery to advise what they would have been aware of from the outset (the weight) made continuing with an expensive revised order the only option to receive continuity of Hepar Water as required on medical advice.”

Sorry to hear this. Please note, we do use recycled cardboard boxes, the sorba freeze can be reused. Additionally, we do use Flo-Pak green loosefill which is degradable in the natural environment and should also able to be recycled through supermarket recycling bins. https://uk.pregis.com/eu-solutions/by-product/ready-to-use-packaging-solutions/void-fill/the-environmental-one/
