“We placed an order a week ago for delivery today but received an email on yesterday evening which stated some items were unavailable and could we delay. We agreed to a one day delay but received another email today stating again that some items were unavailable and could we delay until next week! We replied that they should deliver what they have because the items we ordered, mainly cheeses, were for Easter. As their email was received late in the day we are not hopeful of delivery.”

“I was in a restaurant near the Eiffel Tower and had the most fabulous sachet of butter. I took one away and researched it - it was available via French Click! For anyone interested - Charentes-Poitou is the greatest butter I've ever had. I've now tried several other butters on their site. French Click is a great shop!”

“I love President French Butter spread, but can never buy it locally. So have started to get it from Frenchclick.co.uk a few at a time and freezing it, it's the prefect way to do it! The price is reasonable, it is delivered well packaged and very quickly. I would highly recommend the site, it's excellent!”

“First time dealing with FC, and found them great effiecent. We had to resend the order TWICE due to DHL Commerce incompetance Credit to Alban at Cusotmer support, since the only difficutly encountered was entrusting DHL Commerce to delivery the items ! BE WARNED , when ordering items fomr FC, you have a choice of delivery service agents. DO NOT choose DHL they are totally incompetant. 2nd delviery Parcel Force 10/10”

“An absolute disgrace. Placed my very first order and chose delivery date. On checking the limited information in my account it appeared that the order had not shipped, but according to Alban from customer services it shipped the previous day and should be with me the next day. Two days later and no sign of my order. Contacted them online and no response. Please also note they don't answer their phones. 40 minutes on hold each time shows their level of customer service. This was my first and definitely last experience of Frenchclick and I wouldn't recommend them at all. If I could give a score it would be 0 out of 10.”

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry for the poor delivery experience and the lack of response you’ve encountered. This isn’t the experience we aim for. This delay has likely happend because your delivery address is in Northern Ireland which will always take several days for delivery due to the extra distance and possible customs complications. We will investigate why the phone wasn't answered promptly and why you weren't give the the correct information about how long the order would take. Customer service will check the tracking to see where it has got to and should be able to provide an update tomorrow.
