“Delivery was on time and the packaging for fresh food was top notch, will re-order again for sure! Didn't rate 5 star as I'll wait to see if delivery/ food quality is the same when I do a bigger order.”

“My purchase was gorgeous but my only criticism would be a huge amount of packaging was used. A jiffy bag would of been a lot more economical. Thank you, Dannielle”

“I ordered 2 jars of Soup de Poisson but received 1 jar only which was blown. (The area of the jar which shows air had entered so unsafe to eat). The second jar was Lobster Bisque.”

“Selection not huge but it is good to find these products here, however the prices are extortionate. Online system doesn't seem very modern or advanced but it does work and for an issue customer service was quick to respond and sort out, so that's good!”

“The delivery, including perishables was late. TWO items were missing and a cheaper unacceptable item had been added. I emailed and I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes without response. Finally I spoke with someone who agreed that a mistake had been made and offered to refund the cost of both missing items. She said I was free to do whatever I wished with the cheaper unacceptable replacement. I’ll wait to see if the refund arrives. NB this is my second order. The first one, apart from being late, was OK so I felt safe to reorder.”
