“Order processingwas great but some items had a short use by date and other items were not availabe. However, I do not think a refund has been proocessed as I have received no crresondance from French Click about this.”

“This company is a joke been buying from them for over a year and always the same problems, if is not out of stock products they still send you half of what you ordered. They change delivery date and time to they liking and don’t even bother to let you know over the phone they send you emails. Really not professional and never never answered the phone so don’t waist your time calling them. And when the delivery is made is always late never on schedule!!!! Really bad everything is no worth !!!!”

“All my chilled products had to be thrown away because of the appalling packaging. Products in boxes entirely bashed and short of one item. I haven't had a reply to my last email. Been a customer for many years and I have seen a big decline in the service. Will not be ordering anymore. I will now use Epicerie Corner.”
