“great range of items and easily ordered what I wanted. Unfortunately the carrier let things down and delivery was delayed (probably due to the fact I ordered around Xmas,so somewhat busy I imagine!) but customer service from French Click was absolutely brilliant.”

Very sorry about this, it looks like the order was shipped with DPD but has been damaged in transit. Customer service should be in touch about this to get it refunded or replaced if they haven't already.

“I was happy with the products quality. The company offers a large range of products, which is very convenient. The delivery is fast and well organised. However there was 2 mistakes upon delivery: I was missing one tin and the got my cheese mixed. The only bad side was that it was impossible to speak with anyone, I rang the 2 phone number a number of times with no success! Finally I had to send an email and they got back to me within 48h. I got the missing items one week later. I understand that it was Christmas time and probably a very busy period for them but I find that the client's relations service is poor: no email of order's confirmation, no details if there is refund and no answer to the phone... Otherwise, products are good, it's pricey but correct.”

“Submitted an order on 12/05/2024 for $200 - have never received the shipment and still trying to reach the company. Was wondering if this is even a real company. Very disappointed since this was a Christmas gift to my French husband. 5 days after Christmas and nothing :(”

Very sorry about this, this order contains items that we can't ship to the USA because of customs restrictions. You should have an email to the one you registered with about this.

“Wonderful range of foods, received on the date given, only one item not available and I was correctly invoiced. The box had split en route and a chill pack had split making it a bit messy in the box but nothing was spoiled. I think the carrier had retaped it. The weight of the goods needed a stronger box I think.”

“The parcel was delivered quickly and I was told when it had been shipped and when it was likely to arrive. The box was a bit small for the jar I ordered, but it was still sealed and it still worked!”
