“I haven't tried them yet but I will say that the use by date was the day following after I received them. Very short dates on both packs. Thank you. I've had to freeze them.”

“As a long term customer I am generally satisfied buying products from French click, however I am disappointed about the expiring date on products ( biscuits) When buying more than a dozen of biscuits it is to last long. You should not expect us to finish it within a few days. My delivery was on the 16 /01/25 but the expiry date is the 31/01/25 which too short to consume. So for me it will make more sense to give a customer products with a longer expiring date if they buy a lot of products of the same category. And those who buy a few products ( cake , biscuits) with a shorter expiry date.”

“Everything was perfect with my purchase. Received my cheese the next day, packaged really well with freezer bags to keep the cheese cool. Also a lot cheaper than in the supermarket (if you can get it!). Will definitely be ordering from this Company again x”

“Whilst the replaced product was received as per schedule and delivered by DPD they share one thing in common, a lack of communication. In DPD"S case an absolutely lack of anything remotely verging on customer care..”
