“I love French Click and how I wish I could have ordered more from them during lockdown because their huge selection of French food would have cheered me up! Now that they have regular delivery slots again, I am stocking up on French delicacies. Highly recommended and I have been telling my friends!”

“I'd say customer service are ok. Stuff available on the site is not always really available. My order came with some items being different than the ones I ordered but they have refunded me for what was wrong, which is fair enough. The prices are a bit on the high end so slightly overpriced compared to other retailers selling some of the same stuff. Would I use them again? I think they deserve another chance. But can't rate them higher than 3 stars, based on my experience.”

“Since moving back fro France there are certain food items I really miss. I was so pleased to find them on French Click. Although you don’t deliver to the Isle of Man my son lives in London and is able to post my purchases to me. Thank you French Click”

“As we could not go to France for our annual holiday there this year, I was delighted to find French Click. I have purchased some of the items that I normally bring home with me. Securing a delivery date was the only difficulty but once I got one, everything went smoothly and the delivery arrived safely on the day it was due. I will certainly buy more from French Click in the future.”

“Sadly only half the items I ordered arrived. Also one item I was charged for wasn’t included. I was really disappointed as they had some great items. No apology offered or replacements. The items weren’t that rare. I order 3 different breads but none came. Neither did the mustard I ordered or confit de cerise. Someone must have known these weren’t available at the time. Products were fine but don’t rely on getting everything you want if your hosting and expecting these items like I was. A real shame!”

“Good selection and deliver on time. Would be great if they could be clearer about what is out of stock. Have ordered things on 2 occasions where they take the order but then are out of stock so don’t send it. Refunds from out of stock are seemless and done proactively.”

“Delivered outside the time window I had ordered for by a couple of hours but it was lockdown so I wasn’t going anywhere. Quality of food is excellent the meat and cheese was delicious and a good variety of products. A little taste of France to make up for not going to France this year”

“l was pleased to come across French click because we love French food but was a little sad to find the quality was a little poor and was dear for what you got what a shame also the ice packs where not frozen l may try again”

“I was delighted to be able to order food that is very difficult to obtain in Britain: merguez and tubes (rather than jars) of harissa for example. My reason for awarding only 3 stars is that there was a problem with the packaging. The "cool" gel pads had all melted completely by the time the order reached me, with the result that the packages were soaking wet. I had to throw away all outer cardboard packaging on the products, and stick my own paper labels on to show the sell-by date. The fact that they had been too warm had an adverse effect on some of the products themselves too: the mousse au chocolat for instance had shrivelled to half the size it should be, although the taste had not been affected because of the long sell-by date. Would it not be possible to use "cool" sachets which will not leak?”

“We were pleased to be able to get favourite French foods but one item was not available and we only knew because we saw a refund on PayPal. The delivery did not arrive as scheduled and we tried repeatedly to get a response from French Click on the telephone but they did not answer on either number. DPD were unhelpful and the package containing cheese arrived 48 hours after dispatch. The weather was very hot but the cold pack did it’s job. Not very impressive service but not all the fault of French Click.”

“I always enjoy ordering from French Click and this was no different. The only shame was two of my five items were missing or out of stock. If I had been advised of this when ordering I would not have placed the order at that particular time. Refund was sorted once I queried it. Not a bad experience overall.”
