“Thank you for helping me give my partner a taste of home! We'll definitely be coming back for more French produce. Delivery was interrupted for obvious reasons (lockdown / brexit), but we were kept up-to-date the whole time. Thanks so much :)”

“So helpful and honest. I ordered an item that is only available in November so couldn't be supplied. French click have advised me when next to order. I will check their website again for another delicacy.”

“Ordered Maggi stock cubes which are not available in the UK supermarkets. We usually buy a stock of them when we are in France. My wife much prefers them to anything else that she has tried. Obviously, with lockdown, we have not been able to get to France, so was very pleased when they were on the French Click website.”

“Good range of products not easily available in the UK. I was expecting some post-Brexit issues but with one small exception everything I wanted was available. I had a bit of difficulty getting a delivery slot but this was not unexpected with both Christmas and the pandemic. Friendly, helpful delivery person too.”

“A huge disappointment. I ordered £30 worth of goods and after 14 days, I only received goods worth £7 with two key items missing... NO REMINDER on unavailable items before order dispatched. This is really funny because the goods cost £7 and the shipping costs £6.5... Do you think customers will still place the order if they know there are only £7 worth of goods available with £6.5 shipping?”

Very sorry about this, it's a mistake. Your order should not be shipped with this many missing items. You should have been contacted. We can ship items of the same value removed free of charge to make up for this mistake.
