“I ordered £75 worth of goods onabout the 10th ofDec2020 . I paid for them and they said the goods would arrive by the 17th Dec about 24 hours later I was told that they were cancelling the delivery and that I could have them in January. No real apology so why would I like to buy from them! Chris Robillard Writer& Publisher ,”

“After a short problem with gaining a delivery slot I managed to reserve one much sooner than I expected. The products ordered were delivered on the correct day and my request for no substitutions was respected and I received a small refund for the product out of stock. Will definitely use themn again.”

“First time buyer, arrived well packaged and was very pleased to see all the fresh produce came with a long used by date (which I was a bit sceptical) and wrapped in iced for transportation. Will buy again.”

“First time using French Click and I was very pleased. Everything arrived in good condition and chilled items still very cold. Some things were out of stock and I would have liked an invoice in the package so I could clearly see that I hadn’t been charged for them. However this won’t put me off ordering again so that I can enjoy some of my favourite things from France.”

“I'm glad that I found this online shop as I really miss a lot of the French products that my wife and I used to buy when we were living there. Just a pity that we live too far away to enjoy the fresh produce. I found that the delivery time is a wee bit long but I understand in the Covid affected times. Also there were two items missing from the delivery but they reimbursed me tout-de-suite ! I will definetely be buying from here again.”

“Selection of items excellent The only difficulty was getting a delivery slot in December 2020 because of the limitation of slots by the delivery agent ( not French Click problem ) UK mainland delivery ( outside L0ndon ) Delivery itself was delayed by 24 hours because of the pre Christmas rush but the items were well packed and chilled and arrived in time for Christmas in excellent condition Overall very impressed by French Click and will order again in future The delivery difficulty ( minor ) were outside the control of French Click”

“Although under much pressure from Christmas and lack of transport facilities, the announcement my order would be fulfilled on Christmas Eve was a sign of good intentions. And, indeed, the order did arrive in deepest Devon in time for the festivities. Excellent stock, just like Leclerc in Roscoff, and extreme willingness to go the last half-mile.”
