“Bonsoir, Il est impossible de vous joindre par téléphone. J’ai reçu il y a 2 jours 2 volailles de Bresse avec une date d’expiration au 12/02 Ce n’est pas acceptable car je n’ai pas pu cuire les volailles de Bresse car elles sentait Pouvez vous me contacter demain Merci d’avance.”

“Love this product and always bring about ten bottles back from France each year. Order fulfilled efficiently, communication very good (about a 1 week delay in delivery due to border control problems) and price reasonable. Will repeat order if not allowed to travel to France this year due to Covid 19”

“I was looking for a source in the UK of my favourite tisanes, which I would normally stock up on my annual visit to France. Not in 2020 and probably not in 2021 either! So I was delighted to see them on "French Click's" catalogue. Ordering online was very straightforward and the delivery time was perfectly acceptable in the circumstances - I was not in a particular hurry for any of the items I ordered.”

“Sorry about this review. I was asked to write a review as ‘I had recently made a purchase’ . My one star refers only to the fact I could not make a purchase. I had filled my cart etc etc and come to payment. Despite living in an appropriate London postcode the system kept trying to charge me the full postal delivery charge. I telephoned a few times without getting a response and left a message asking for a call back but was never called. A shame , there are great things in the site and I wanted to support them.”

“Ordered 7 boxes of Lu Palmito to meet the minimum order requirements. Order arrived well packaged, with no damage, and at the given time. Shipped by FEDEX. Dates stipulated on the website a bit restrictive...kind of got the feeling that it's one person running this business, but at least you know what you're signing up for beforehand.”

“I love being able to buy from the huge range offered. I can understand that it's difficult at the moment, which led to a delay because of the temporary unavailability of Poilane bread. But I wasn't told that the olive oil I'd ordered wasn't available - I would have liked the option to buy another brand. I will nevertheless be returning soon!”
