“My Wife who is French, has been in hospital for 3 years. I purchased some items from French Click that I know she loves. When she received them, she was so happy and they soon went. She even checked the box to see if there was more. Easy to order. Good service & delivery. Thankyou.”

“Brilliant service. We lived in France and our grandson (12) was hooked on galettes so when we moved back to the UK he was missing them Bought him a galette pan and ordered fresh buckwheat galettes and some buckwheat to make his own. Fresh galettes were long dated and packed in ice packs to keep fresh. Super impressed will be definitely be ordering more. Thank you”

“I stumbled over this company who provide French products that I have been unable to bring home from France due to the the COVID problems. The products I ordered were exactly as I would have bought. They were priced fairly and delivered as promised. I will be back.”

“I used to treat myself to a shopping trip to France a couple of times a year, but now, after Brexit, it’s just not worth it. The range offered here is pretty good. Certainly, I have been able to find everything that I wanted - at a price, of course! The site is easy to use, delivery sufficiently prompt, and communication good. Fresh goods, like cheeses, are wrapped in ice packs and bubble wrap - still frozen solid when they arrived! My only criticism is the amount of polystyrene clippings used in the packing.”

Happy you enjoyed everything. We use flo pak green loosefill which is degradable and can be recycled in some areas :).

“I was so excited to order from FC for the second time, even tho the first time one of my orders was replaced my something else due to stock issues.. Well.. I received my order on time despite the delivery guy getting lost and delivering to the wrong door, called him 4 times and he hung up on me, had to go out and find him. Then I find out the item I was most excited about is not in my order , they added a zero in the list when it is clearly IN STOCK online.. whats going on ?!? why cant you update your website ? I dont get it. Plus ur customer service never works, lines are “ busy” , voice mail is full and no answers anywhere. Not happy.”

Very Sorry about this. Sometimes we have temporary stock problems with items. This is because we have thousand of different items being delivered and shipped continually. We will be able to waive any delivery charge if you want to re-order the missing item again.
