“I was able to get a delivery just before Christmas even being a first time customer. There were a couple of items on the web which needed clearer explanation like how the quantity of Lapin was divided up. I found it easy to contact over the phone even if I did have to use some french language. The delivery arrived 2 minutes before it was due by parcel post. The box was a little open due to the ice packs breaking and leaking and a couple of soft cheese products were crushed but still able to be eaten, possible too much into one small box, but I love being able to get my favourite French products partially while I can’t journey to France . Have recommended the website to a French friend. Here’s to my next order 👍”

“Good selection, well packaged, but the delivery process needs a good overhaul. You get right through to checkout before you're told there are no delivery slots. I had to keep checking back, and only found one when my emails were answered with an alert from the company that they were releasing more.”

“What a great find. All our favourites that we usually buy whilst holidaying in France. Will be using again. Packaging could be improved as a few boxes were squashed but,fortunately, not the contents.”

“Excellent choice of products it's very difficult to find in the UK (and may get even more difficult to find after 31/12/20...) Limited choice of delivery slots, but once booked, order arrived on time, well-packed. Will use again.”
