“Excellent delivery of stuff I can only get in a French supermarket, including my favourite Jacques Dessange conditioner and Carambars which are really hard to find in the UK!”

“They are slow and expensive and when my order eventually arrived it was wrong. They were completely indifferent and did not offer to send the correct item merely refunding its cost (with nothing for the high delivery charge). I will not be using them again.”

“Having placed an order with French Click, I received an email from them stating that it had been fulfilled and was with the courier DPD for delivery 2 days later. It wasn't and the link to DPD indicated that they had not taken delivery of the parcel. I rang French Click's customer helpline five times but they never answered despite leaving messages on the answer phone each time. I also filled their online contact form twice but never received a response. Eventually, three weeks later my order was delivered without any explanation for the delay.”

“Great service, items not in stock were refunded and when the delivery arrived another item was damaged, a quick note to French Click customer service & this was refunded as well. Would recommend and definitely use French Click again. A great way to enjoy French food while we are unable to travel. Thank you French Click !”

“Thank you for your delivery. I am pleased that I still have a way of buying Bonne Mamon gelees and other items. Most of them arrived safely but the lardons were torn open due to the heavy packaging around them. I do not like the large amount of non-recyclable packaging. The food was good and we enjoyed a proper French meal for my husband's birthday! Merci beaucoup.”

“The driver was friendly and on time. A couples of days prior the delivery day, I received a refund which was for a non-available item. From the online ordering to the delivery the whole process was very easy to complete. I will be ordering again.”

“We ordered a selection of goodies (chilled and ambient) so that we could spend a weekend pretending we were in France rather than stuck in the UK. There is a good selection to choose from and prices are reasonable given the costs associated with imports from the EU post Brexit. Delivery was as promised, by DPD, who are very reliable for our rural location. The inner packaging was not as good as it might have been and unfortunately some products were damaged. This seemed to have happened at the time of packing rather than in transit as the outer carton was pristine. French Click responded very quickly and immediately issued a refund for the damaged goods. Very good service overall and the small problem we had with our parcel was very quickly resolved. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.”

“Having spent many years living in France one realises that you oddly cannot find a decent Merguez sausage in the UK. French click fixed this problem! really good authentic Merguez and really good authentic Toulouse sausages delivered to my door and the freezer is stocked up. Will order again... only negative is that 7 days was the soonest delivery so you need to plan ahead”
