“I love this Company, i am having issues with declaration's and Bogdan Niculcea phoned me to go through the process step by step. Very knowledgeable and just very helpful. It made me feel more comfortable with what i was doing. 10/10 for customer service.”

“What can I say Denisa Ifteme was an absolute Diamond today she couldn't do enough for me as this was the first time booking with Freight link it wont be the last Denisa went above and beyond with helping me understand the GMR which I had no clue with nothing was to much trouble today an asset to your team well done Denisa thanks for the help & support will definitely be asking for you when we book again”

“Greta was supurb my team conducting work in UK delayed and one email to Stena asking if we could be rebooked on a later Ferry. Simple reply from operator Greta with options and she rebooked flawlessly !!!! This is excellent seamless customer service. Welldone and thanks for reducing our stress today. Safe sailing”
