All was good but I did ask for a return on 22nd from Santander to Rosslare and got no confirmation on that. I might want to get back earlier anyway depending of how I get on. Could be looking at 18th But will contact you when Jen I am clear. Hi hanks Ronnie

Experience was good everything was quick and easy to book fare. But price is to high when booked ticket I finded about 50€ cheaper fares from another provider.

Lukasz was our main point of contact for our 30+ vehicle move, we had to make several major amendments to the initial booking, these were handled with no issues. Unfortunately our ret journey had issues as several vehicle GMR codes were not accepted by Stena Line. A couple of phone calls to Lukasz corrected the issue which was put down to a computer glitch when original GMRs were entered onto system. We all got home safe and sound.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, technical problems can have a huge impact at the ports. In this case, due to some temporary technical issues with GVMS, your initial GMR's were not saved properly despite showing correct results. Lukasz then made new GMRs for you which were accepted shortly after. At Freightlink, Lukasz and the rest of our fantastic team are dedicated to support our customers the whole way, even in the unfortunate event of technical difficulties. We are pleased to hear that your journey was a success!

Ask for Joseph! He was very helpful in setting up my account and helping with the more complicated bookings. Freightlink is a great way for a small company to book international freight; easy to identify routes and timing, booking is pretty easy, and the dashboard is great for checking all is in order. The only room for improvement is making the customs minefield easier, but it's certainly no worse with Freightlink.

All steps to booking system were ok, just didn't find update for flexi ticket. Also option to choose only for ferry I like to see is not so easy.
