“I've booked with Freightlink in the past and the clarity of the information received is always very good, making the booking experience easy and straightforward. This time there was nonetheless two glitches I ran into. 1. Switzerland is missing as a phone number prefix (+41) and since the phone number is a compulrosy field (at checkout) I was stuck on the screen and could not complete the booking online. I called. the support line and was told to choose UK (+44) and then enter the international number which worked. Switzerland is also missing as a country from the Drop-down but this is minor as it was not a compultory field. 2. At payment time multiple credit cards would not go through on multiple attempts - I don't know why. I therefore spoke again with a service desk representative who was super nice and helpful and who sent me payment links which worked (with the same cards).”

“Customer service is excellent, only issue on this travel is that the Le Shuttle booking was done as freight and not VP service, suggest when booking over email this is clarified with customer if travelling with a 3.T van”

“No problem with the booking and your staff are great on the phone. Unfortunately you app and website area real pain, I have to click forgotten password every time and log in via the email link, how can I set my own password?”

“Bookings are extremely simple - flawless experince over the last two years. One recommendation: ENS Packages need a csv. import option. It is an incredible task to import 100 packages one by one when it could easily be imported in bulk.”

“Not sure if i was even suppose to be freight travelling, seeing as there were other vans with tools in and they got through normally. Not great got delayed, then cancelled.”

Hello there! Vans up to 8 metres high which are designed for commercial use, must be booked on a freight ferry service. Additional charges will apply for commercial vehicles that are incorrectly booked on a passenger ferry service.

“All was good but I did ask for a return on 22nd from Santander to Rosslare and got no confirmation on that. I might want to get back earlier anyway depending of how I get on. Could be looking at 18th But will contact you when Jen I am clear. Hi hanks Ronnie”
