“I have had a complete nightmare trying to work out how to transport our diving club cylinders from the UK to Ireland for a club trip. We have to travel freight but aren't a business or a registered charity. UK customs literally couldn't tell me what to do; Irish customs were more helpful. The staff at Freightlink were absolutely great, helping me to sort the Dangerous Goods Note and the Portpass. Everybody responded really quickly to emailed questions and Sadie patiently talked me through stuff over the phone and then did the job for me when I emailed her my PBN and GMR.”

“Szybko, sprawnie i bezproblemowo! Bilety dotarły na maila błyskawicznie, a cały proces zakupu przebiegł ekspresowo, choć do odejścia promu została tylko godzina. Obsługa klienta pomocna i profesjonalna. Pan Marcin M. poprowadził mnie przez cały proces zakupu i rezerwacji bezbłędnie, szybko, konkretnie i z pełną dbałością o szczegóły. Pierwszy raz skorzystałem z Freightlink i zauważyłem, że ta firma dużo lepiej dba o klienta niż armator promu.”

Bardzo dziękujemy za tak wspaniałą opinię! Ogromnie się cieszymy, że udało nam się pomóc w tak ekspresowym tempie – nawet na godzinę przed wypłynięciem promu.
