“We don't often send stuff abroad, but I would like to thank the Freight Link Staff and Customs Link for helping with the process of sorting out Customs declarations and the GMR and Portpasses. This was last minute, so I would like to thank Denisa for her calm and reassuring assistance as this was very last minute!”

“Good afternoon, It is highly embarrassing and concerning how poor your service has been. We have sent several reminders while there was still enough time, and we had already provided all the necessary details. Despite receiving the correct information, you still attempted to book the wrong ferry route. The phone line is available, yet nobody is calling. To clarify once again: I do not need a ferry from France — I need a ferry from Italy. If you had carefully checked the route details, this mistake could have been avoided. Your inability to handle this correctly has caused significant business damage.”

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and stress caused by the mix-up while booking with us. Our team reached out via email to confirm the details. Because we did not receive a reply by the morning of your journey, we attempted to call you directly to resolve it. As we were unable to reach you by phone, we proceeded via email. We are reviewing our internal communication procedures to ensure any issues are being caught and confirmed much earlier in the booking process.

“Few companies in todays commercial world offer a service as efficient and reliable as Freightlink, regardless of who the operative is when you call, everyone of them handle each request , from a straight forward booking to an amendment of a booking or going out of the way to get you onboard when you're on standby, they go that little bit extra to help. the board of directors of Freightlink should be extremely proud and happy that their work staff are portraying the company as if it was their own .
