very bad communication and missleading information on our expence. very good when you don't need any help from freightlink, and very very bad in case you need any info and help from the customer service!!! very disapointed.

Thank you for the feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the cancellation of your return ticket. Our booking terms state that two-way tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable once a port check-in has occurred. As you had already completed the outbound journey, the return portion was no longer eligible for cancellation.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful until I went to actually book the sailing, I was completely misinformed about needing a customs number , all sorted after another phone call . The website didn't work . I tried to book via the app and, because I'm not vat registered I couldn't go any further when it asked for a vat number .

They are the best in this field. They are quick to respond, but they work efficiently and with great precision. We were in a bad situation once and they gave us great help by changing the ferry booking at the last minute and helping us also with the documentation. A huge thanks to Sean and the team who are always available and polite.

A shame there was a mistake made at the reservation. When we came back there was a booking for only one driver as they told us at the entrence We had a two person reservation on the confirmation Things were solved but as if you ask us now… Regards Bram Kools
