“My husband and I were organising a trip from Ireland to Hungary and back. We encountered many difficulties during the long drive with our elderly small dog and large vehicle. Without the outstanding support from the Freightlink customer service team, we would never have made it to Hungary (crossing the seas by ferry!) and we’re hopeful we’ll make it back to Ireland safely in the next few days. A special thank you goes to Katie, who was our main point of contact and truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us every step of the way and impressively, she even remembered us and our situation when we made the second booking for the return to Ireland. Katie is an exceptional employee of this company and one of the main reasons we will be returning to Freightlink for any future ferry needs. The entire customer service team was amazing responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout. We highly recommend Freightlink to anyone travelling with a large vehicle who needs assistance with ferry bookings and crossings. I’m confident that if any issues come up, we can simply pick up the phone and the team (especially Katie!) will be there to help. The Keogh family”

“I've just been sent an invoice darted 9 months ago for a service I didnt use. Now wonderring what's going to happen next with all future bookings. I have used Freightlink for all my bookings over the last 8 or so years, , and have only given positive feedback to date. I cant do that now I'm afraid.”

“Hello. Your new freightlink app v2 does not work. Departure and return date coud not select and vehile select comes only empty screen. Old version works fine but after update it is impossible to book by app. Here Screenshots to proof. Can you fix it.”

“Desmarcam reservas feitas, dão opção e depois não há, ninguém se entende, procurei outro site e arranjei hoje ainda para o ferry que cancelaram a minha reserva feita ontem. Se tem opção recomendo porque aqui alem das inglesas serem mal dispostas a atender o telefone não tem soluções .”
