“Great service from FreightLink Solutions. The staff I was in contact with was super helpfull during the booking and all to answer all the quesiton I had. The booking process was smooth and crossing as planned. I will use them again.”

“Requested a booking & you guys sent me a confirmation without a shipping reference & when I asked for the ref I was emailed to say you will get the ref when you pay. In all the years as a customer with Freightlink I have never been asked this before & I found it unprofessional.”

Hello there! We're sorry to hear you have not had a positive experience with us on this occasion. To clarify, our procedure is to issue the shipping reference after payment has been successfully received. Without payment, we can only confirm the booking, as we cannot finalize the reference with the ferry operator.

“seldom in ANY industry, do you get a service like the service Freightlink provide. Always quick to reply by either phone or email if there`s a problem with a booking. All their staff seem to be knowledgeable of their system and can take care of any questions you may have as a customer. One of the reasons OUR company has grown as it has, is because of the help and service Freight link provide, enabling us to be more efficient in our business. Thank you Freight Link.
