“Jarmila was a lot of help and got my problems resolved so fast. If not for her, I would’ve spent the whole day trying to figure out how to get home, she got things sorted quickly and communicated things to me very well.”

“After a very stressful experience being turned away at the gates. I called freightlink, unfortunately out of hours. I then received a call back earlier than there opening times, every issue I faced was quickly resolved and I can not be more grateful. It’s a nerve wrecking experiencing but someone was there to make me feel relaxed and sorted my issues promptly allowing me to return home earlier than expected.”

“I used Freightlink for the first time today and requested the managed option for the generation of the GMR & PBN numbers. The process was smooth and the response from my customer service advisor Ankit was excellent - well worth the extra money if you're not confident or familiar with this process.”
