We had a terrible experience due to the conflicting advice from Customs Link. enough so that I am considering never exporting again and if I did we would not use either Freightlink or Customs Link. Now this could be down to information my staff provided - or didn't but who do I contact to identify what went wrong?

No refund received. Given false information & you have refused to refund ticket despite your errors

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your case regarding the booking of your non-refundable ticket. Because the goods being transported required specific customs clearance, we offered to move your booking to a later date to allow time for the paperwork. As this offer was declined, we are unable to provide a refund for a non-refundable ticket per our terms and conditions.

Sailing dates & times need to be issued much further in advance and not 10 days or so prior to sailings. Paperwork required for commercial vehicles travelling to C.I. where nothing is being imported should be made more obvious, clear, simple and user friendly.

We’ve been using Freightlink for our ferry bookings and our experience has been consistently excellent. The process is straightforward, pricing is competitive, and their team is always responsive and helpful when we need to make changes or secure bookings at short notice. I would like to offer my sincere thanks and high praise to the Freightlink customer agent, Jarmila, who handled all of my recent travel arrangements, including the Eurotunnel, Fréjus Tunnel, and ferry bookings. From start to finish, she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful. Despite numerous changes and amendments on my side, she handled everything with patience, efficiency, and a positive attitude. She truly went above and beyond to ensure the entire booking process was as smooth and stress-free as possible, keeping everything well-coordinated and clearly communicated at every stage. Her dedication to excellent customer service and attention to detail made a potentially complex process feel effortless. Not very nice experience for the first time I was 30 minutes late and the gave my place to another Lorry anyway I’ve called before with 3 hours to let them know i will be late they didn’t care Not very good first jmpresion
