“Abi was absolutely brilliant. The job was a wide load from Stromness to Scrabster. The dates kept changing from my end and Abi dealt with it every time. Brilliant service. Thanks again Abi.”

“Ferries showing as online and bookable. Then once booked, told that the ferry is not available. To only be told the below: only have space on the evening sailing out off Harwich to Hoek van Holland for 2 drivers. It not very helpful or the most polite/apologetic message, nor the route or time I wanted.”

“I do not recommend them. They take money for tickets even when they don’t actually have them available. The team that calls you argues with you on the phone. Very unprofessional company.”

We're sorry to hear that you felt our customer service team were unprofessional. Great customer service is the most important thing to us. Regarding your booking, the ticket was available at the time of purchase, but the sailing was subsequently cancelled by the ferry operator. As an agent, we must follow the operator's cancellation procedures, which can sometimes lead to delays. We appreciate your patience and are sorry that this experience didn't meet your expectations.

Hello Darren, thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that the cabins are subject to availability on the route you have booked with us. As a booking agent, we can only book your space on the ferry, and we do not have access to or control over the operator’s onboard cabin management.
