“Hello. Your new freightlink app v2 does not work. Departure and return date coud not select and vehile select comes only empty screen. Old version works fine but after update it is impossible to book by app. Here Screenshots to proof. Can you fix it.”

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when using the Freightlink App. Our technical team are looking into this. We have contacted you separately to find out more. We have tried to recreate the issue on Android and iOS devices and we are not having any issues.

“Desmarcam reservas feitas, dão opção e depois não há, ninguém se entende, procurei outro site e arranjei hoje ainda para o ferry que cancelaram a minha reserva feita ontem. Se tem opção recomendo porque aqui alem das inglesas serem mal dispostas a atender o telefone não tem soluções .”

“We are going back to doing a small amount of engineering works in Ireland, Since Brexit , the ridiculous systems the UK/EU government have put in place is shameful to the common man trying to run there business. BUT Abi from Freight link walked us through the various processes and options available to us a business. very professional person and a credit to Freightlink.. “No problem with the booking and your staff are great on the phone. Unfortunately you app and website area real pain, I have to click forgotten password every time and log in via the email link, how can I set my own password?”
