The order arrived on time and the recipient loved it. I would've liked if I'd received an expected arrival time or been able to track the driver

The flowers were gorgeous and my partner loved them. Score would have been 5 star. However, the flowers arrived a day late. I paid $19.99 for same day delivery. When I tried to figure out why the flowers were so delayed, I could not reach as Floom representative by phone because it was after hours. And I tried using the website chat box feature and the online system did not allow me to communicate my issue. It said there would be a chat box at the left hand corner of the screen and it wasn’t there. I expected to come home and see that my partner received the flowers. Instead I waited in the evening and nothing arrived till the following day and I did not receive notification of delay or that I would have my money returned for the same day delivery purchased. I see there’s an offer for free delivery if I leave a review by the 15th. Which is appreciated. But it would have been more appreciated if there had been communication about the delay, the same day delivery charge removed and returned, and an acknowledgment of the error made. It was a special surprise missed for the intended day. However, my partner does like the flowers. That’s why I gave 3 stars.

Great selection but customer service literally never pick up so if you have an issue, good luck 🙃 Also totally not floor’s fault but the flowers were quite overpriced and not great. I paid £85 and it was quite a sad looking bouquet

The flowers were very nice, but weren’t what I had ordered. Blooms were switch to different colours. The bouquet I ordered was peach with highlights of yellow, but what was sent was a fuchsia pink and white. It was disappointing.

The bouquet we received was nice. Unfortunately, having purchased the flowers a week in advance I wanted to change the delivery day. I emailed your company 3 times throughout the week and called every day. Nobody to answer my multiple calls and no responses which led to some serious inconveniences. You really need to improve your customer service post purchase.

Quick and easy. Prompt delivery. My only issue was that the flowers which arrived were different than what was ordered. Some similar and some missing.

Due to market availability florists occasionally have to substitute some stems in the bouquet to ensure delivery on the desired date, however, we try to ensure this is communicated to our customers beforehand. The flowers are very beautiful but the delivery was late which was disappointing as I had planned for them to arrive at a specific time and date.

The floom site is great- easily navigated. I am very impressed of the speedy reply for my enquiry and even on Sunday. However, the delivery team( the florist) fail to follow the new instruction and instead left it with the neighbour, whom dropped my friend a rage message. Thus this is an uttered disappointment and destroyed the purposes of my requests in the first place. Its not entirely Floom false but since I was notified that the Florist accept the new instruction. It should had been followed.

Unfortunately, the delivery was nearly an hour late outside of its same-day delivery window of 12:00-18:00, which I wouldn't have minded so much if it didn't cost an extra 9.99 and I ordered well before the 13:00 cut-off point. The part that jarred me though was while the flowers were nice, the display picture looked considerably better, and the flowers in the picture had an intense and wide spectrum of colours while what I arrived at my door was fairly bland in comparison. Naturally, the display picture is going to look a little fresher and polished but I think the disparity between the two in this instance was a little too sharp for the cost.

The Flower bouquet was much smaller and more than 50% of the roses were small and of low quality. For 250£ close to a rip-off. Very disappointing especially since my former floom experiences were good.

Hi A Im sorry there have been issues with your order. I understand your order was delivered not at the time requested. I do have to highlight that Floom's delivery time frame is mentioned on the website. We do not cater for specific time requests but a delivery window from 10am to 6pm. I apologise if there was a misunderstanding.

Hi Kareem Im sorry that there have been issues with your order. I understand your order was delivered late. However, I can see that your order was delivered by 6pm. This was certainly mentioned on the website - whereby Floom florists cannot provide time request deliveries. Either way, I hope your gift was enjoyed by your recipient.
