Hello, unfortunately two of the hydrangeas had to be removed from the bouquet on the third day. I believe the bouquet was not very fresh!

Ordered flowers; turned out the exact order couldn't be satisfied, but I received emails ensuring me the flowers would still arrive on time, with substitutions. No flowers arrived. The florist was not aware of the the automated(?) promises made by Floom. Customer service was very nice and helpful.

I selected delivery for sep 11 And they weren’t delivered until sep 12 If you don’t delivery on Sundays please don’t let me select that option I would have picked Saturday instead so they were early and not late .

There was ease with ordering through their site but their partner florists sent quite a tragic bouquet - it didn’t match the order I made or the price point. In contacting Floom customer service I got a response (quite rapidly) with an apology and rectification of the costs spent. Whilst I’m saddened that the flowers I ordered are not remotely what arrived to the recipient, I’m softened by the manner in which this was resolved, in the end by Floom.

My friend had no idea who the flowers were from because they forgot to include my name! I didn’t add my name in the body of the text because I didn’t want it to appear twice (the to and by lines were already included prefilled outside the textbox…). The flowers are beautiful though

The flowers were gorgeous and my partner loved them. Score would have been 5 star. However, the flowers arrived a day late. I paid $19.99 for same day delivery. When I tried to figure out why the flowers were so delayed, I could not reach as Floom representative by phone because it was after hours. And I tried using the website chat box feature and the online system did not allow me to communicate my issue. It said there would be a chat box at the left hand corner of the screen and it wasn’t there. I expected to come home and see that my partner received the flowers. Instead I waited in the evening and nothing arrived till the following day and I did not receive notification of delay or that I would have my money returned for the same day delivery purchased. I see there’s an offer for free delivery if I leave a review by the 15th. Which is appreciated. But it would have been more appreciated if there had been communication about the delay, the same day delivery charge removed and returned, and an acknowledgment of the error made. It was a special surprise missed for the intended day. However, my partner does like the flowers. That’s why I gave 3 stars.

Great selection but customer service literally never pick up so if you have an issue, good luck 🙃 Also totally not floor’s fault but the flowers were quite overpriced and not great. I paid £85 and it was quite a sad looking bouquet

The flowers were very nice, but weren’t what I had ordered. Blooms were switch to different colours. The bouquet I ordered was peach with highlights of yellow, but what was sent was a fuchsia pink and white. It was disappointing.

The bouquet we received was nice. Unfortunately, having purchased the flowers a week in advance I wanted to change the delivery day. I emailed your company 3 times throughout the week and called every day. Nobody to answer my multiple calls and no responses which led to some serious inconveniences. You really need to improve your customer service post purchase.

Quick and easy. Prompt delivery. My only issue was that the flowers which arrived were different than what was ordered. Some similar and some missing.

Due to market availability florists occasionally have to substitute some stems in the bouquet to ensure delivery on the desired date, however, we try to ensure this is communicated to our customers beforehand.
