Very easy service to use and the chat feature is so helpful! Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because what I actually ordered did not come as pictured on the website so I am disappointed.

Having received notification the gift had been delivered I was surprised the recipient hadn't acknowledged the delivery. Thinking it may have gone to a wrong address I was in the awkward and embarrassing position of having to contact the person to confirm she had actually received the gift. She said there was no card attached so she didn't know who had sent it. I had written a personal note to her so I'm not terribly happy it wasn't received. I don't want to have to contact people to check a gift has arrived.

There should be an adequate order update process as this is severly lacking, this offers peace of mind. The biggest issue when ordering flowers and choosing 'Sizes' is that what you receive never quite looks like the oder you place. I'll be honest in that my first and recent order qith Floom has been the closest to what I ordered to date so we will see how future orders are. For emxample the question below asked who made the delivery, this I have no idea. I'm purchsaing flower for my girlfriend in America so the service was smoothe and she loved her flowers and said the quality and freshness has been better than previous online vendors.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. I order light pink flowers and they sent fuschia and purple. I also ordered Lillie’s that were beautiful and wide open in the pictures but they arrived completely closed and almost looking dead. I was very disappointed.

This was a simple way to get beautiful flowers to someone quickly! Unfortunately, I don't think that the order status was updated in a timely way, so I got nervous enough about order fulfillment that I called the florist to confirm delivery. I also tried to reach customer service through Floom's website to change the recipient phone number and entered my contact information in the chat but no one ever reached out. Also, this was a same day delivery but you don't have that option in your questionnaire below for the question, "How many days did your delivery take?"

I paid $235 for a birthday delivery in NYC, the bouquet can best be described as paltry!! Surely at that price there could have been more flowers!!

The arrangement was delivered on time. The ordering process was pretty easy. However, the actual product was much smaller than I expected and the handwriting on the note was almost unreadable.

Ordered for next day delivery and was told on the day that the order could not be completed. However the full refund was processed immediately which was good so I just phoned a local florist and ordered for same day delivery. Should have done that in the first place!

For my latest purchase -- I was let down by the quality of the flowers (for the price), and the balloon I ordered was not only incorrect but also deflated :( I have been a loyal customer for years, and have never been disappointed until now. All I received was a refund for the balloon, and I do not think that makes up for the inconvenience at all.

Flowers were replaced as the one I ordered weren’t available. While I understand that, they didn’t offer to cancel the order or discount or any kind of apology, just an email confronting me with this information. As a result, I didn’t like the replacement and would prefer this order to be cancelled.

I ordered the "Flower of Scotland" bunch and wasn't overly impressed. I purposely ordered flowers without lilies, which are poisionous to cats, and when my friend received them they looked nothing like the picture and had some lilies in there. They also didn't have any of the tartan ribbon on them. To top things off, I paid for next day delivery and they couldn't deliver until the following Monday. I wasn't offered any type of refund. I did appreciate that they reached out to me to inform me of the lateness.
