“I had a great experience with Noble Garden Florist. They made the whole ordering process very easy and efficient. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. My rose was fresh and carefully delivered. Highly recommend!”

“They have a beautiful selection of flowers. The ones we ordered looked like the picture on the website and the florist was kind enough to send me a photo of them before they were delivered. The only issue I had was the delivery person did not deliver the flowers to my friend. She was in a hotel room. I put the room number on the order, as well as a number to call to ensure they made it to her that day. It doesn't appear these instructions were followed because the flowers were left at the front desk of the hotel until the following day. I only found out because I was told my friend hadn't received the flowers. I had to call the front desk of the hotel and they said the flowers were just sitting on the desk. Thankfully, they still looked beautiful and the hotel made sure my friend received them. But, it was a day late and I paid for same day delivery so she could have them before her event that day. Other than the delivery, everything else was perfect!”

“Never again. Paid as a surprise to have flowers delivered for my wife for our anniversary. We left our flat at 6.45 for a meal we had booked with no sign of the flowers. On returning still no flowers and now locked in a dispute with floom who are saying they were delivered, interesting thing, wont say what time though so far. Use them at your peril, lesson learnt.”

“I spent £160 on flowers and paid for next day delivery, I received an e-mail 4 days later apologising that the flowers hadn't been delivered by their partner florist and that they would be the delivered the next day ( 5 days late!)and I would receive a 10% refund and my delivery charge refunded This was the first I'd been informed of any delay at all, I thought the flowers had been delivered - the delay and poor offer of compensation was totally unacceptable and very disappointing - fortunately when I expressed this their partner florist agreed to provide a full refund. Unfortunately this has put me off using them again”

“Great experience, very easy to use and organise. I sent two seperate bunches to diff addresses in the UK, I live in New Zealand so wasn’t sure how to organise this easily, Floom was a breeze, no issues, plenty of choice, quick payment and flowers arrived on time on schedule. Thank you.”

“I was very disappointed and dissatisfied by the service. I had order flowers for a special occasion and they were not delivered on the day promised. I had to reach out to find out order of status. When order was not delivered, I asked for a refund and I was told that is not possible. I don't think my expectation of having flowers delivered on the day requested is unreasonable. The flowers were a surprise and did not arrive on the day I wanted. At no point was I advised that delivery could not be made on the day I requested. If I didn't reach out, Floom would have been unaware. The flowers were delivered the next day. I found this company to be unreliable and I would not recommend using them.”
