“I ordered from Floom several times. In general, I am very satisfied. The last one I ordered, was delivered promptly and was good quality. However, instead of predominantly burgundy flowers (it had a symbolic meaning for me) the bouquet was mainly pink. Hence the four star review, instead of five.”

“It was my sister’s birthday and I choose Floom over their one day delivery promise. It was a false promise. The flowers did t arrive and after three days they automatically process a refund, with no substitute options, and Zero information about a new delivery date. Worst experience.”

“I ordered a package to arrive Friday the 13th between 10am-6pm to the Hotel I was staying at as I am from Australia and due to the company putting the wrong label/card (containing name, date, message) on the package there was a lot of confusion. These 2 gift boxes were meant for a very important meeting but they were delivered with the incorrect details so I wasn't able to get them. I purchased two Lavender Bergamot Hom's from my Blooming Business. These were meant to be gifts for very high up stylists and diredctors from L.A. and London - very disappointing. I flew back to Australia on the 15th of June, Sunday. When I contacted FLOOM twice they never responded with helpful information only the third time I emailed in which was when I was back in Australia. Very unreliable and don't reccommend this service.”
