“I ordered these flowers in one of the most emotionally difficult moments of my life for someone I still deeply love, someone who means the absolute world to me. I needed something that could speak the words I couldn’t quite say out loud. The arrangement wasn’t just beautiful it was thoughtful, elegant, and full of quiet emotion. It carried with it everything I felt but struggled to express. The quality, the care, and the feeling behind every petal felt so personal, like someone understood what I was trying to do without me needing to explain it. Sending them wasn’t just about flowers, it was about hope, about love that hasn’t faded, and about finding a gentle way to remind her how much she still means to me. And thanks to this florist, I feel like I was able to do that in the most genuine and meaningful way. Thank you for helping me speak from the heart when words felt too hard to find.”

“This is a review for two different florists. The star rating reflects the first one. The first, My Table, I’d give 0 stars to as they failed to deliver and didn’t even reach out to Floom to let them know they couldn’t honour the booking. It’s unfortunate that this is one of the few florists in the area that is on Floom. Given they have a few 1 star reviews, I don’t know why they are even allowed to partner with Floom. Floom found an alternative florist, F for Flowers and they saved the day. They delivered a gorgeous bouquet for my mum’s birthday, early on in the day they received the order. I would absolutely recommend ordering flowers from them, and if I was able to give a second review they’d be getting five stars.”

“I ordered from Floom several times. In general, I am very satisfied. The last one I ordered, was delivered promptly and was good quality. However, instead of predominantly burgundy flowers (it had a symbolic meaning for me) the bouquet was mainly pink. Hence the four star review, instead of five.”

“It was my sister’s birthday and I choose Floom over their one day delivery promise. It was a false promise. The flowers did t arrive and after three days they automatically process a refund, with no substitute options, and Zero information about a new delivery date. Worst experience.”
