“Great experience, very easy to use and organise. I sent two seperate bunches to diff addresses in the UK, I live in New Zealand so wasn’t sure how to organise this easily, Floom was a breeze, no issues, plenty of choice, quick payment and flowers arrived on time on schedule. Thank you.”

“I was very disappointed and dissatisfied by the service. I had order flowers for a special occasion and they were not delivered on the day promised. I had to reach out to find out order of status. When order was not delivered, I asked for a refund and I was told that is not possible. I don't think my expectation of having flowers delivered on the day requested is unreasonable. The flowers were a surprise and did not arrive on the day I wanted. At no point was I advised that delivery could not be made on the day I requested. If I didn't reach out, Floom would have been unaware. The flowers were delivered the next day. I found this company to be unreliable and I would not recommend using them.”

“My only critiques are the flowers received were different than those in the photo . I was trying to avoid roses as they die quickly but the bouquet was mostly roses it seemed. Also ask zip code first please so you only see what’s actually available in that area. Otherwise I’ve been very pleased ! Thank you ….”

“I have been using gloom for many years for my family in the UK and I usually love all the arrangements. Unfortunately the last one I have ordered was very different strip the picture u chose. I understand sometimes the flowers aren’t available but I expect the replacement to be of the same category. Makes me wonder for next time. I have to say it came fresh and on time. I’m just unhappy at how different it looked from the photo.”

“Delivery was fine but what was delivered was very poor quality and rubbish for the price paid. The box was poorly constructed cardboard sloppily painted with white emulsion paint; no branding or logo as illustrated. The box quickly became soggy when the flowers were watered. The roses were very short stemmed and looked tired and bedraggled. Attaching a photo from the day afterwards.”

“I have both received and sent flowers with Floom and had wonderful experiences both times! I love the unique arrangements from the array of florists they work with. It is a nice change of pace from the same bouquets at all the other usual suspects, and I really like to find new local shops to support.”
