“I regularly use Floom for sending my MIL flowers for special occasions like Mother’s Day and her birthday. She is always pleased with the arrangements, but this time it was I who was disappointed. The flowers came fresh and the type of flowers included in the bouquet were accurate to the description. However, they were simply plunked together and not arranged at all… no artistry, no design, and the result was disappointing: pink roses on one side a huge white hydrangea on the other, purple flowers off by themselves… it just was underwhelming and didn’t look like the picture. I spent far more money on this than I usually do, hoping it would really make an impact and show her how much she matters, but honestly, I was upset that having spent more, she got a leas thoughtful gift.”

“I recently got the Discovery Set, and I’m so happy with it! The three scents—English Garden, Pomelo, and Terrarium—are all unique and absolutely beautiful. Even though the candles are small, they fill the room with a relaxing, elegant aroma that feels cozy and just the right amount of luxurious without being overpowering. I’ve also ordered flowers from this shop before and loved them. Everything I’ve received has been top quality and thoughtfully put together. This candle set is no exception. Highly recommend!”

“I ordered the Sunshine arrangement and it didn’t look anything like the picture presented on website. It cost over $200, it wasn’t very full and the two main flowers were daisies. Would like a refund.”

“I ordered these flowers in one of the most emotionally difficult moments of my life for someone I still deeply love, someone who means the absolute world to me. I needed something that could speak the words I couldn’t quite say out loud. The arrangement wasn’t just beautiful it was thoughtful, elegant, and full of quiet emotion. It carried with it everything I felt but struggled to express. “This is a review for two different florists. The star rating reflects the first one. The first, My Table, I’d give 0 stars to as they failed to deliver and didn’t even reach out to Floom to let them know they couldn’t honour the booking. It’s unfortunate that this is one of the few florists in the area that is on Floom. Given they have a few 1 star reviews, I don’t know why they are even allowed to partner with Floom. Floom found an alternative florist, F for Flowers and they saved the day. They delivered a gorgeous bouquet for my mum’s birthday, early on in the day they received the order. I would absolutely recommend ordering flowers from them, and if I was able to give a second review they’d be getting five stars.”
