This is the worst service I have ever received. I placed an order and the they were not delivered. Floom could not get a hold of the florist and has not refunded me and have not attempted to remedy the situation in any form.
This was extremely disappointing as the delivery was for a special event. Floom should have known that the flowers were not going to be delivered and offered me a new florist. Now I’m out a 100 pounds, and no flowers have been delivered.
This has been the WORST experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
