I`m totally unhappy with my experience with this service. I've placed the order for my friend's birthday beforehand. At the end of the day, the flowers were not delivered. But customer service didn't even reach me. So, I was emailing by myself the next day. One week passed, and my friend still didn't receive her flowers. And again, I'm contacting by myself again. Nobody is keeping me updated.

The website was very easy to use and there was plenty of choice. The flowers arrived on time and at the time that we had been told. They were in very good condition and once out of the box looked great. They actually looked like the photo when I ordered them, which is not something you can always say when buying flowers online. It's great to support independent florists and I would highly recommend,

Dreadful service. I ordered for my wife's 50th Birthday. The flowers did not arrive. I contacted the online custiomer service and they promised to contact the florist and e mail me back. They didn't bother. I attempted to contact customer service again but the system said it was busy and wouldn't let me back in. The flowers eveutually arrived very late.

While we received your initial contact and promptly reached out to our florist partner for an update, we understand that your subsequent messages were sent outside our business operating hours, which resulted in a gap in our response time.
 Regarding your delivery, our partner florist encountered an unexpected issue with their delivery vehicle, which unfortunately impacted their delivery schedule. While we understand that such mechanical issues can be unforeseen, we acknowledge that your flowers arrived outside our standard delivery window of up to 6pm on your chosen delivery day, and for this, we sincerely apologise. I ordered a flower arrangement from the US to the UK for a dearest friend on her birthday, The nice selection of add-ons to customize the order and the checkout process make it so easy to set up a delivery day and availability. I definitely will be using Floom again!

Ordered same day flowers and was not advised until 11.30am the following day that the flowers had not been delivered. Flowers ended up being delivered later the following day. Why advertise that you do same day delivery if you don't/can't. If there is an issue getting the order fulfilled - let the customer know straight away- not 24 hours later.

 We apologise for the delay in your flower delivery. We understand that you expected your delivery on your chosen day, and it wasn't delivered until the following day. This falls short of our service standards, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Our partner florist notified us of the delivery delay as soon as they became aware of the situation. While our florists maintain excellent delivery schedules, we acknowledge that in this instance, the delay wasn't identified and communicated as promptly as it should have been. Once we were informed of the issue, we worked immediately with our partner florist to expedite the delivery.
