Thanks for the opportunity of the next day delivery. It would be great to have a photo of a bouquet from the florist when it’s ready - given the flowers are replaced based on the season and the bouquet was quite different from the picture. Also, the bouquet was delivered to a neighbor, but there was no note about it. So we were confused and the addressee needed to look for the bouquet around, guessing where it can be.

Very cute flowers and reactiver customer service! The delivery was done after 7 pm although we specified it was for a business, but the team was very respondent and rescheduled it quickly. Appreciate it !

Just gorgeous! I’ve always been very pleased with Floom floral choices, communication asks delivery notes. This lovely bouquet of hydrangeas was delivered on time and looking fabulous. Very pleased and will continue to choose Floom.

The quality of the flowers was amazing however the glass base we ordered with the flowers was omitted from the delivery. We were contacted by customer services lead and told her but nothing has happened since.

Recently ordered a flower delivery for a birthday, and I couldn’t be happier! The bouquet was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. Each flower looked hand-picked. The delivery was prompt, and the delivery man was courteous. Overall, a lovely experience that brought a lot of joy — would definitely order from them again!

Terrible subsitution policy. Apparently your order is just a suggestion, you have no ability to opt out if they don't have what they just sold you.

We strive to keep our customers informed and attempt to provide the best alternatives when certain items are unavailable. When placing an order with us, you agree to our terms and conditions, including our substitution policy which can be found on our website. I can see my colleague tried to email and call you but due to the time difference, by the time we received a response, the bouquet had already been prepared. As our florists are independent businesses, working with perishable goods; therefore, we cannot refund orders post-sale if preparations have begun.
