Ordering through Floom was easy and troublesome free! The flowers were delivered without issue and the arrangement looked exactly like the picture online. I will most definitely be ordering with them again.

I am impressed that Floom offers same day delivery so I had no reservations requesting a next-day delivery from their site. However it dawned on me what if the bouquet is delivered after the intended recipient has left? Fortunately this was not the case as the courier delivered far ahead of 6pm. Perhaps Floom my offer an option that enables selecting a morning, afternoon or anytime window? I would have paid the premium.

One order sent without a card , so my 80 year old friend did not who sent flowers. Order delivered to my house (for my birthday from son) put on my front porch at 9:00 pm and no knock or doorbell rang. Did not notice until next day. Will never use again

First time using Floom but I will certainly use them again, when my sister received them her daughter took a photo of them to show me & I was as well as my sister & her daughter were over the moon with them so much so that her daughter asked where I got them from as she would like to order some flowers. Hello, We are disappointed to learn that the flowers were not as expected. As the delivery was completed on the 17th of September for the order number you provided, we were unable to address your concerns promptly. We’re only able to investigate fully for quality or substitution complaints with images sent to us that have been delivered within 72 hours due to the perishable nature of flowers.
Roses are especially delicate, and any delivery that has been sent overnight will need a little time and TLC to refresh and revive to compensate. We thank you for taking the time to leave your review of Floom, we welcome any and all feedback - Many thanks!

I was extremely disappointed to be charged £80 for about 5 stems of flowers. That has made me very sad as I wanted it to be a special bouquet for my daughter in law

I am furious. I specifically noted to call the number before leaving the arrangement in the lobby of the apartment building and apparently the flowers were taken by someone else, not the intended recipient (I learned this yesterday). So $170 shot and my Aunt received nothing on her 81 birthday.
