“I placed an order in the morning to have some flowers delivered to my girlfriend at work. The flowers never arrived and I still haven’t got an update on what’s happening. Really wish i hadn’t relied on Floom to make her day! Absolute waste of time and money.”

“The flowers were overpriced and did not match the overly glamorous descriptions and pictures. The product quality fell short of expectations based on how it was advertised.”

We could see that a complaint was sent but unfortunately, it was sent on the 5th of January and the order was delivered on the 23rd of December. Due to the perishable nature of the goods, we can not process a quality complaint after 72 hours from delivery. We would love to welcome you back and make things right for you. “I asked before ordering if it can be delivered after 11 o'clock to my gf work and I was told yes. It was then delivered by a delivery company, they sent a text to her and delivered it early when she wasn't at work, and to the wrong place completely. Floom does not have a personal touch delivery but it's delivered/dumlped by DPD. The flowers were nice I am told but did not look worth the money I paid, especially when the delivery went wrong in every possible way”

“I ordered two bouguets to be delivered on Wednesday the 22nd in the Richmond VA area. One was delivered on time but I didn't recive notification ti ll the next day. The other , I received a delivery notification but it was never delivered”

“I'm a big fan of Floom. Great choice of florists and same day delivery if you need it. This time I was disappointed as I went to see the recipient the next day and the colour scheme I'd selected (all green and white named "elegance" in the bouquet description) was not followed and the effect was much less beautiful in execution than it had been in the photo I'd picked.”
