Received a dying flower and missing flower for my order, along with my delivery instructions being completely ignored. Floom declined to do anything about it. This isn't the first time, it's the 2nd and it's going to be the last as I'm taking my business elsewhere and never recommending this service. Expensive flowers should be 100%alive and looking like the price that was paid. If you can't hold up your end, a complaint with the BBB will filled. And your didn't keep your end.

Hi Antonio, Thank you for your review. We apologise for the delivery driver not following your delivery instructions during the delivery. Also thank you for emailing us regarding your order. We have taken a look at your order and from the images sent, all stems were included in your bouquet. We do apologise for the slight damage on the one flower. We have emailed you a discount code for the inconvenience during delivery and damge to one of the stems however if you want to discuss anything further with us, please do get back in touch with our customer support team via email, live chat or call.

Terrible, took money from my account before delivery then didn't deliver and said there would be a two day delay. Racket, will refer to consumer protection authority.

After being a longtime employer of Floom, I was disappointed with my last experience and the lack of grace I was given with customer service.

Just received flowers from Floom. What a rip off! For the price of a dozen + roses I got a wilted little bundle that looked like someone had picked them in a nearby field. Many of the blooms were spent and needed to be cut off. Just awful.

It is not of our usual standards, however, as flowers are delicate and fragile regrettably they suffered during transit to you. False advertising. Photos do not represent product that is received. Cheap plastic substituted for vases shown on website. A total ripoff and not worth the money charged.

This was thw worst flower delivery seevice I've ever used. I've never seen a bouquet even at a grocery store that looked this bad. Completely unprofessional and borderline scam. Avoid. (Floom delivery in NYC, US)

Hello! Delivery was not carried out. They said there was no one at home. But there were flowers waiting at home that day and there was no courier. They asked for confirmation of delivery - they did not provide it. They refuse to return the money

Ordered flowers for last Saturday delivery but didn't arrive till two days later, monday, which is today. It needed to arrive for her 100th birthday, but arrived after the birthday celebration with the family and friends. This is not acceptable and am very disappointed.

The delivery was attempted for you but unfortunately, the address provided was a business address and upon delivery, we found that no one was in the office and the office was empty and shut. There was no name for the recipient, we tried to call the number provided but there was no answer. Could not access office to leave at reception. Horrible service Ordered flowers for a birthday and they totaled forgot order and then think by refunding money makes it all better They must get a better service model!!!

Delivery service DPD lied, and said we weren’t in for delivery, when we were present all day. They then sent to a post office that we had to collect from even though I paid for £11 delivery. I then complained to floom who were extremely unhelpful and dismissive, and said they couldn’t help at all

All of our florists work with different courier services, DPD was the courier service used for your order to be completed. We did advise you on the day of delivery that the flowers had been taken to a pick-up shop to collect. We cannot comment on the reason or nature as to why this happened, but it is usually due to a recipient not being home or they could face other challenges at addresses. We are sorry this did not meet your expectations on your Floom order, we would like to note we do not ask £11 for delivery and in this instance the cost for the delivery on your order was £6.99.
 
We do hope your recipient loves the thoughtful gift.

Bought a bunch of flowers for mothers day through the website way in advance. I put in my postcode and up popped some options from which I chose to buy from. When I received the flowers and opened the box I was shocked! I had spent £59 on flowers that had been damaged. It was clear that the box was too small for the bunch and so they had just been rammed in which ended up chopping off some of the flowers. See photos. I complained to customer service and was told to get a response 24hrs later, note that they arrived the day before mothers day and received £17 refund. So on mothers day some of the flowers had already died (see second photo) I complained again and am still waiting for a response. Little did I know that the flowers were sent all the way from London and I live in Bristol. Don't bother with this service adn go to a local florists instead. Waste of money and time.

Worst customer service and flowers I have ever ordered if I could leave a zero score I would! Flowers started to wilt and die before 24 hours customer service recommended I re arrange them! Awful, I would suggest going to Marks and Spencer’s and pay £40 not £350 and they guarantee for 7 days! Do not use ever
