Terrible! If you tell me the flowers delivered was exactly the same the as the image:m. You guys are ridiculous. Don’t scam people pls! No tulips and I want my refund.

Delivery service DPD lied, and said we weren’t in for delivery, when we were present all day. They then sent to a post office that we had to collect from even though I paid for £11 delivery. I then complained to floom who were extremely unhelpful and dismissive, and said they couldn’t help at all

All of our florists work with different courier services, DPD was the courier service used for your order to be completed. We did advise you on the day of delivery that the flowers had been taken to a pick-up shop to collect. We cannot comment on the reason or nature as to why this happened, but it is usually due to a recipient not being home or they could face other challenges at addresses. We are sorry this did not meet your expectations on your Floom order, we would like to note we do not ask £11 for delivery and in this instance the cost for the delivery on your order was £6.99.
 
We do hope your recipient loves the thoughtful gift.

Very disappointing, the flowers delivered did not look anything like the picture of the flowers I ordered. I notified customer service but they did not respond…still waiting

Bought a bunch of flowers for mothers day through the website way in advance. I put in my postcode and up popped some options from which I chose to buy from. When I received the flowers and opened the box I was shocked! I had spent £59 on flowers that had been damaged. It was clear that the box was too small for the bunch and so they had just been rammed in which ended up chopping off some of the flowers. See photos. I complained to customer service and was told to get a response 24hrs later, note that they arrived the day before mothers day and received £17 refund. So on mothers day some of the flowers had already died (see second photo) I complained again and am still waiting for a response. Little did I know that the flowers were sent all the way from London and I live in Bristol. Don't bother with this service adn go to a local florists instead. Waste of money and time.

Worst customer service and flowers I have ever ordered if I could leave a zero score I would! Flowers started to wilt and die before 24 hours customer service recommended I re arrange them! Awful, I would suggest going to Marks and Spencer’s and pay £40 not £350 and they guarantee for 7 days! Do not use ever

They need fresh water upon arrival and it is natural for them to change the shape and to continually grow even is they are cut flowers. The order was never delivered and despite several promises no updates were provided during the day until it was canceled after the delivery deadline

Terrible company. Appalling customer service. Product was not as pictured and flowers were not fresh and died within 2 days.

Our customer support team have communicated with you at every step from raising the initial complaint to a full resolution on that same day. We thank you for sending the photographs to support your complaint and we found there was a small amount of browning to the paler pink rose in the bouquet, to which you have been compensated. The worst purchase I have ever done. Flowers looks tired and the order was incomplete. The box was all gone. I will not recommend at all.

I am furious with this company!!! I ordered and paid for flowers to b delivered same day for a birthday to a very special person that her gift was delayed so I went to this website and did everything to have them delivered!!!! I emailed and called all day with no reply until 2 AM this morning asking me if the address was correct!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER NOW IM TRYING TO REFIUND AND NO HELP AT ALL!!!!!

Hello Terri, I'm so sorry our florist partner was not able to complete the delivery of your order on the date requested. I see it failed on the day and we offered a redelivery which was declined. We have since processed a full refund of the product price which will take 5-7 business days. My order did not arrive. I submitted a help request and it has been 3 days with no response from customer service. I paid $200 for a non-existent product.

Hello Sofia, Thank you for leaving a review for us here at Floom. We do appreciate all feedback we receive. We are very sorry we were not able to complete a delivery for your recipient. However, the delivery address was for a University Building and as such we could not guarantee a secure delivery as a third party courier service was needed to complete this delivery. DPD are not able to call recipients to complete as per the instructions left on your order to ' call the number for the girl to come out and collect'. Our partner florists are not able to guarantee a safe delivery with this kind of request and we had to sadly cancel the order to not risk a failed delivery. Spent £45 on a bunch of flowers thinking they'd be a nice big bouquet and they were TINY. The smallest bunch of flowers I'd ever seen. I was really dissapointed and upset as they were supposed to be a really special gesture. Will not be using you again and tbh, I'd quite like my money back as there is no way those flowers were worth even £10. Absolute joke.

The arrangement chosen by you has a description alongside the photographs shown on the website. The description on our Floom.com website is 'A cute little vase of red roses, pink spray rose bupleurum, Limonium and bunny tails. Vase alone measures 12cm in height.' The bouquet holds 3 red roses and is from the description exactly as purchased. We are sorry you feel disappointed with the received bouquet. We must have any complaints raised to the team within 72 hours of delivery in order to take a look further into any concerns or issues raised- we have not had any communications from you prior to your review to resolve this for you in a timely fashion. Ordered flowers from Floom and the delivery was on time but the flowers were not as described! Certainly smaller, scanty arrangement! Very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed that having ordered on the 14th February and the delivery being confirmed as the 15th, I am still awaiting a proof of delivery as they were never received. It's day 8 and nothing back. No proof of delivery and no action suggested to sort this out

We have been in contact with you since this issue was raised by you to the team, we advised we are waiting for the florist to provide us with the proof of delivery and we communicated this would be on Monday 26 FEB. Once this is received we can move forward to fully resolve for you. The team will be in contact as soon as there is an update, as previously stated. We thank you for your patience and understanding that during busy peak periods, it can be expected communications and deliveries run a little behind schedule.

The flower delivery failed, and they said they would attempt to re-send the flowers but would need to recharge me. I decided not to bother, as too much money had already been spent.

 We are sorry the flowers were not delivered to your recipient. The address provided for delivery was a University address, but the reception staff refused to accept the bouquet when the courier service arrived to complete the delivery. Due to the courier service being unable to complete delivery in this instance, we communicated with our partner florist for a resolution. A redelivery to a home address would have been possible to ensure the flowers would be received directly by the recipient, this process would require a fresh bouquet to be made which you would need to cover for a second delivery to go ahead. Ordered Flowers for Valentine's Day and they never left the florist. Credit to Floom for giving the ability to see where they were and the customer service members I interacted with were friendly enough but told me I had no options. I was told they would be delivered by 10 am the following day or I would get a refund. Not good enough. They refused to let me cancel the order (I don't want flowers delivered to my significant other's work the day after Valentine's Day for obvious reasons) and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Don't take orders for Valentine's Day if you can't handle them and don't tell your customers that the best they can get is the next day which will make them look bad.

Thank you for your review of Floom! We are sorry the flowers were not delivered on your chosen day. We advised you if the delivery had not been marked as delivered by 10am the following morning, then we would refund you in full. As one of the busiest times of the year for our florists, many were running a little behind schedule with deliveries. The team were ready to action the refund for you as stated in the communications for not receiving the order you placed with us, however, as you have disputed this with your bank we have not been able to action a quick refund and solution for you the very next day of 15FEB. I've patiently and repeatedly asked for service from Floom and I've received no response. The wrong bouquet was delivered and contained items covered in spray paint. I've requested either the redelivery of the correct item, or a refund and have received no response. I've never refuted a card payment in my life, but I will be doing so if this is not resolved.

Worst experience in my life. I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. I highly recommend never to purchase from here. Please look elsewhere for flowers. Truly anywhere but here.
